How to Register

Please note these important deadlines and policies:

Save $30, register by August 15th - Postmarked or Online Registration on or before August 15, Registration fee: $325 if you are already a member, $385 if you are paying membership at the same time.

Postmarked or Online Registration after August 15, Registration fee: $355 member/$415 if joining at same time.

Registration Deadline:

No registrations will be accepted after September 14, 2009: Registration will be closed as of September 14, 2009.

Refund and Cancellation Policy: A $75 cancellation fee will be applied to those canceling after September 1, 2009. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after September 14, 2009. ASBA reserves the right to cancel any workshop that does not meet a minimum registration.

You must ask for the American Society of Botanical Artists Annual Meeting & Conference block to receive the Conference rate. The ASBA block room rate is good if booked by Monday, September 14, 2009. After that, the discount rate will no longer be available.

This room rate is effective from Sunday October 11 through Wednesday October 21, 2009. Individual reservations must be made no later than September 14, 2009. After that, the special rate will not be offered and reservations will be accepted on a space availability basis only.  Reservations cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival and no-shows will be billed to the individual. If you stay off-hotel, ASBA will not be responsible for your transportation.

Parking is available on-site for no extra charge.

There are two ways to register for the Annual Meeting:

1. Register here, online, via PayPal and pay with credit card (MC/Visa).

2. Fill out the registration form from the ASBA newsletter, or download the form from the ASBA web site. Complete the form and mail it with check (payable to ASBA) to: ASBA Conference Registration, 47 Fifth Avenue, New York, NY 10003.

Please be assured that every effort has been taken to insure parity between modes of registration – before July 8, the postmark date and the online registration date will be equal in terms of getting into workshops. After July 8, mailed, and online reservations will be first-come, first-served. As always, register as soon as you have made your decision to attend. That's always the best way to get what you want.

Confirmation: Workshop confirmations will be sent on July 8 by US Post to those registering by mail or FAX, and sent via email July 8 to those registering online. After July 8, confirmations will be emailed immediately with online registration, and go out by mail as soon as they are received.
