How to Register
Please note these important deadlines and policies:
Save $30, register by August 15th - Postmarked or Online Registration on or before August 15, Registration Fee: $290 member/$350 non-member
Postmarked or Online Registration after August 15, Registration Fee: $320 member/$380 non-member
Registration Deadline: No registrations will be accepted after October 3, 2008. Registration will be closed as of October 3, 2008.
Refund and Cancellation Policy: A $75 cancellation fee will be applied to those canceling their registration for the ASBA Annual Meeting after September 15, 2008. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after September 26, 2008.
ASBA reserves the right to cancel any workshop that does not meet a minimum registration.
Hilton Pasadena reservations – The ASBA block room rate applies only if booked by Sunday, September 28, 2008. After that, the discount rate is not available. See "Hotel Room Reservation" on this site for details.
There are three ways to register for the Annual Meeting:
1. Register here, online, via PayPal.
2. Fill out the registration form from the ASBA newsletter, or download the form from the ASBA web site. Complete the form and mail it with check (payable to ASBA) to: ASBA Conference Registration, C/o Deborah Shaw, 1401 Cliff Drive, Newport Beach, CA 92663-5206.
3. FAX your registration form and credit card info (MC/Visa) to Deb Shaw. Please email Deb or the ASBA office for Deb's fax number.

Please be assured that every effort has been taken to insure parity between modes of registration – before July 18, the postmark date and the online registration date will be equal in terms of getting into workshops. After July 18, mailed, FAXed and online reservations will be first-come, first-served. As always, register as soon as you have made your decision to attend. That is always the best way to get what you want.
Confirmation: Workshop confirmations will be sent on July 18 by US Post to those registering by mail or FAX, and sent via email July 18 to those registering online. After July 18, confirmations will be emailed immediately with online registration, and go out by mail as soon as they are received.
