Hilton Room Reservations
The Hilton Pasadena is a non-smoking hotel. For attendees in need of a smoking room, guest rooms with a balcony are available at an additional charge.
Lodging and Room Sharing
The ASBA has reserved a block of rooms from October 23, 2008 - November 2, 2008. The special room rate will be available until September 28th or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first. After the cut off date the group rate will no longer be available. The block rate will be available through November 6, 2008, for members planning on taking the BAGSC post-conference classes (or staying later to explore Southern California further).
Booking a reservation is simple
To begin the process, click on the "Hilton Room Reservations" link at the top of this page. This will bring you to the Hilton's ASBA group registration site to receive the preferred rate. You can also contact the hotel directly, toll-free: 1.800.HILTONS, or FAX them at 1.626.584.3148. Ask for the ASBA group rate. Once an individual reservation has been made, any changes should be made directly with our Group Reservations Department. Your credit card number, or one night’s advance deposit will be required to secure a room out of this block. Cancellations must be received 24 hours prior to arrival or one night's room and tax will be assessed. Parking is available in the Hilton garage for an additional fee per day (see the Transportation page).
Buses will go between the two venues
A bus will go from the Hilton to Huntington in the morning, then make one round trip at lunchtime, and return from the Huntington to the Hilton at 4 PM. If you stay in a hotel other than the Hilton, the ASBA will not be responsible for your transportation. You're welcome, however, to jump on the shuttle from the Hilton to the Huntington and back to the Hilton again.
