James Tunney (PA)
Jim is member of the Western Pennsylvania Mushroom Club, where he serves on the Education and Cultivation Committee. He is a contributing editor to FUNGI Magazine. Jim is a professional cook and currently works as kitchen manager at the Grant Street Tavern, Pittsburgh.
