Irene Horiuchi (California)
Irene is an award-winning watercolorist and avid birder. Her botanical paintings include the birds associated with riparian and wetlands species. Proficient in many media, her recent watercolors and egg tempera works are enlivened by her use of gold leaf. Irene has been exploring etching techniques in her work, and will be demonstrating them in the Techniques Showcase.
