Wendy Hollender (NY)
Wendy coordinates the Botanical Art and Illustration program at The New York Botanical Garden and teaches classes in botanical drawing and colored pencil. She has published two books: Botanical Drawing, A Beginner’s Guide and Botanical Drawing in Color, A Basic Guide to Mastering Realistic Color and Naturalistic Form. Her work is included in the 13th Annual Exhibition at the Hunt Institute for Botanical Documentation. The enthusiastic owner of an organic farm, Wendy is committed to sustainable practices.
